The Founder
Luis Hernandez
Working man from Fort Worth. Founder of Texas Credit Outlaw. He got tired of watching good people get boxed in by a number they never agreed to, so he learned the bureaus’ own rulebook and turned it into a weapon for his community.
“Freedom is not given to you. You claim it.”

A world of flags
Look around. Everybody is flying somebody else’s flag. The bank’s flag. The bureau’s flag. The flag of the boss who signs the check. Most people sail their whole life under a flag they never picked, and they call it normal.
I stopped calling it normal.
Where I come from
I am a working man from Fort Worth. I know what it feels like to get told no. No on the house. No on the loan. No on the thing you earned, all because of a number three companies decided to hang on you.
I watched good people in my own family get boxed in by that number. Hard workers. Honest people. Stuck. That is the part that got me. Not the money. The unfairness of it.
Why I picked this fight
I could have picked something easier. Credit is a maze on purpose. The whole system runs on you never reading the rulebook. But that is exactly why I chose it. If nobody is going to hand my people the map, then I will learn it cold and give it away.
Credit was never about a score. It is about a door. A door to a home for your kids. A door to a business with your name on it. A door out of living small when you were built for more.
The hat and the flag
There is an old idea I live by. A captain does not ask permission to be free. He puts on his hat, raises his own flag, and goes and takes the life he wants. Freedom is not given to you. You claim it.
That is the whole thing. That is Texas Credit Outlaw. We do not beg the bureaus. We fight them by their own rules and win back what is yours. We dispute the items that look inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. Results vary, but the fight always starts with a decision.
No captain sails alone
When you work with me, you are crew. I fight for my crew the same way I fight for my own family, because half the time it is family. Your neighbors. Your coworkers. The people who kept this city running while nobody was watching.
I chose credit because it is the fastest way I know to put real freedom back in working people’s hands. That is the mission. That is the flag I fly.
Bad credit is a cage. It was never a life sentence.
If you are ready to break the chains, raise your flag. I will help you take back the wheel.
