Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law (CROA)
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. You may do these things yourself at no cost. You are not required to purchase our services to have us do them for you.
Credit bureaus are required to investigate items you dispute, generally within 30 to 45 days. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This right cannot be waived by any contract.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization, for any reason, within three business days from the date you signed it. A written notice of your right to cancel is provided with any service agreement. This is a federal right under the Credit Repair Organizations Act and cannot be waived or shortened by any contract, including ours.
Our Service Term and Refund Policy
Separate from, and in addition to, the federal three-business-day right described above, our credit repair service agreement runs for a term of six months. Credit disputes unfold over months rather than days, and the six-month term reflects the time it takes to work an average file properly. Individual files vary. Some are complete in approximately three months. Others require eight months or longer, because the credit bureaus generally have 30 to 45 days to investigate each dispute and most files require several rounds of disputes.
If you cancel within five days of signing, you receive a full refund. After that five-day window, any refund is determined by the services already performed on your file at the time you cancel. The specific terms that apply to you are set out in the written service agreement you sign, which controls in the event of any difference between that agreement and this summary.
No Guarantee of Results
Texas Credit Outlaw LLC does not guarantee any specific result. We dispute items that appear inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. We do not promise that any item will be removed or that your credit score will increase by any amount. Results vary.
Fees
An initial sign-up and credit analysis fee is charged at the time you sign, for the review and analysis of your credit profile performed at that time. Pricing is disclosed to you in a written agreement before you commit.

You contract with and pay IdentityIQ directly for their monitoring service, and you may cancel that service with IdentityIQ at any time under their terms. This monitoring subscription is separate from, and is not, a fee for our credit repair services.
Texas Credit Outlaw LLC may receive a referral fee or commission when you enroll through the link we provide. This does not increase the price you pay. We disclose this material connection in accordance with Federal Trade Commission guidelines.
