Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Texas Credit Outlaw LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use texascreditoutlaw.com and our services. By using our site, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email, phone number, city, and a description of your credit goal, through our contact form, chat assistant, or booking page. We also collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through standard server logs and, only if you allow it, first-party analytics. We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or financial-account numbers through the website; sensitive information needed to provide services is collected securely and separately after you engage us.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide and improve our services, schedule consultations, communicate with you (including by email, phone, or text where you have consented), and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
Text Messaging (SMS/TCPA)
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by call or text about our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices
The site uses only what it needs to run. If you click Accept on our banner, we also load Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are served from our own domain, set no cookies, and do not track you across other websites. They tell us which pages are visited and how fast they load. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, they do not load at all. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting, or third-party tracking cookies.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out, and analytics do not load.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: .
California and Other State Privacy Rights
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, and Texas), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct, or delete it, to obtain a portable copy, to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent. We will verify your request before acting on it, and you may appeal a denial by replying to our decision. To make a request, email Info@texascreditoutlaw.com.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our CRM, email, and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, and with third-party lenders only when you ask us to explore funding, in which case those lenders use the information under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Safeguards Rule. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Rights (including Texas residents under the TDPSA)
Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of certain processing. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. To exercise them, email Info@texascreditoutlaw.com.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
